The pricing structure is very simple: for a site of up to 10 pages, plus admin page to enable you to log in and change your articles and webform page to enable users to contact you, there is an ongoing cost of just £10 a month, with the first 12 months' fee payable in advance. For a limited period only there is no additional set up fee.

For most small businesses, sole traders, practitioners etc, this offers ample space to communicate your message; remember that on each web 'page' you can include loads of information. (It's also worth remembering that, in the world of web, less is often more, so it may be better to keep things short!)

This price assumes that your site is created using an existing template. Some of these are free. There is a charge for more sophisticated designs.  We set up the menu according to the way you wish to order your information, so your visitors can navigate around your pages.

We include within the price very minor template adaptations, such as adding the name of your business and probably swapping the header image for an alternative to give your site a unique feel. For extra design work, or if you need a unique template designing, we'll need to offer an extra price subject to your needs.

We believe this package offers a very cost effective way to establish your identity on the web; design agencies will often charge many times this for a site you then will have little control over.

This price includes hosting of your site.

There are also some add-on charges, listed below, which only come in to play if you require additional services.

Content
On the web, content is critical. So we're always amazed at how many websites there are out there that seem to neglect this vital area.  If you're pushed for time, or if writing's just not your thing, we can help, either by re-writing your rough draft, writing from scratch, or simply offering a final 'copy check'. Prices for this service start from £130.

Registering your domain
You'll need a domain for your website - the bit after the WWWs in the address; see our FAQ section on domains for more information. We can organise this on your behalf, or you can do it yourself. There are additional charges if you would like us to register and manage a domain on your behalf - we charge £10 p.a. for a .co.uk domain name.

Extra pages created when the site is built
If you need more than 10 pages, there's an additional charge of £1 a month per extra page required, assuming these are added when the site is built.

Per extra page created at a later date
If you need more pages adding later, once your site has already been set up, there's a £10 one-off charge, plus a £1 a month charge for each extra page.

Extra disc space
The 100 mb disc space provided within the standard package is ample for most requirements. If you need more to store more pages, images, or other types of file, there's £1 a month charge per extra 10 mb of disc space.

Custom-made banners/graphics etc
Some clients like banners on their web pages, to draw attention to particular services: for example if you run training courses, you might like a small banner on your front page that says 'New courses'. When clicked, it can be made to link to your page all about courses. Banners can also be animated to create more attention.
